Refund Policy
Regarding our Custom Market Reports, refunds can be issued under certain circumstances. If there is a technical problem that we are unable to resolve, or if there was misinformation, a lack of fundamental data, or if the product was not delivered, we will surely issue a refund within 24 hours. The refund period for these cases is 7 days from the date of purchase.
No Refund Policy
For our weekly market reports, which are non-tangible and irrevocable PDF files, we are unable to issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. It's important to note that we offer digital products, not services, so access to the files cannot be revoked once they have been received.
The first payment is for a trial period, and to cancel, simply do not renew the subscription the following month.
Please note that the first copy is delivered within 3 days, according to our recurring delivery schedule.
